• i'm actually quite jealous of certain soap opera couples: John & Marlena and Bo & Hope particularly...

• i actually get a little sad every time Aunt Flo comes to visit because it means i'm not pregnant...whether it's a possibility or not...and 99.9% of the time, it's not
  

Five things about yourself you do admit in public, and get laughed at for:

• i know all the words to some very embarrassing songs...for instance: The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, The Flinstones, The Jetsons, Baby Got Back...
• i get a certain sense of satisfaction from popping a zit...whether it be mine or someone else's...i know, it's gross...shut up
• i love love love country music. i'm talking hank sr. patsy cline, tammy wynette country music. my parents can't stand this kind of country
• i actually watch Passions
• i was a cheerleader...a really good cheerleader

• I can sing - though not as well as when I was doing it for hours a day, every day
• I can sew
• I can cook like nobody's business

• The singing ability I had back when I was singing for hours a day, every day
• the talent of applying makeup like a professional makeup artist
• the ability to draw and/or paint
• the ability to build beautiful furniture like Friend does

• I pop everything - back, neck, fingers, toes, feet, knees, hips...
• i put the equal and creamer in the cup before i pour the coffee in
• blogging when I should be working
• I am incredibly forgetful - my short term memory is like, non-existant
• when i leave the house in the late afternoon, i turn the porch light on, and unscrew the bulb just enough to make it go off. why? because it might be dark when I get back, but if I leave the light on, it will attract bugs and that just pisses me off

Five of Your Favorite Growing-Up Memories:

• afternoons spent at the car lot with Papa and all of his buddies (hence why i learned to drive when i was 8)
• cushman trips with Mimi, Papa, Aunt Kathleen, Uncle H.A., Tyler, Jeremy, Jerry, & My Ann
• going to the club to listen to my dad's band
• concerts! we used to have the best country concerts here...some very big names...not so much anymore
• my parents both trying to teach me how to drive stick shift. it was really, really funny. and yes, i learned...and i learned it well

Five Things You Want to do Before You Die:

• travel the world...i've already got a pretty good start on that one
• become a wife, mother, and grandmother
• own my own business
• give my grandmother $1 million - i want her to work because she wants to, not because she has to.
• donate a million dollars to various organizations i hold near and dear to my heart: ACS, Rescue the Animals, invisible children, etc

Five Things You Would Do With $5 Million:

• do 4 of the 5 things in the "before i die" section (one can't be done with money...well, i guess it could but i don't want to do it that way)
• set up college funds for my niece and nephews
• have a house built for myself, one for Friend nearby, and one for my parents - across town
• for the garage in the new house: mini cooper convertible, tahoe, 65 mustang, '57 corvette, Papa's Cushmans, Papa's '36 Ford Convertible, '56 thunderbird, a harley and '74 corvette for my daddy, a harley for myself...
• pay off my debt and put the rest up in a high interest account
