Washing your face morning & night as well as using moisturizer is important. But even more important is to make sure you are using the right product for your skin type. I was amazed by some of the women I saw on Oprah who were 10-20 years older than they looked. I've always been told I look so much younger than I am. I think I'll appreciate it more when I'm 30 & that's creeping up on me.
I'm 40 and younger people usually freak when they find that out. My friends that look older are the ones that laid out alot in the sun when they were teenagers...me I burn so I didn't have that luxury..I never believed that would be my saving grace now. Drink lots of water, stay out of the sun or wear sunscreen..moisturize, wear sunglasses... Sometimes though genetics kick you in the ass.
Ok, but these women aren't your average working or stay-at-home moms....they are really the outliers on the bell curve. And why?! do we think this is how beauty should be defined? Beauty is some gray hairs, some wrinkes, some stretchmarks, some 'padding' that says, I'll have that Creme Brulee because I deserve it. Ladies, let's reinvent the definition of beauty!
