ok. y'all know just how bored i am since i'm on friggin bed rest, right? well, also keep in mind that i'm on bed rest, at my house that has FOUR channels on the telly. FOUR. needless to say, i've started counting the hairs on my head for entertainment. yeah, there's tons of stuff that needs to be done around the house, but seeing as how i can barely walk, none of that is getting done. unless of course someone wants to come do it for me!?
anyway, this new bloggy I've been reading, She Likes Purple, gave me a fantabulous idea. She did an FAQ. I did a small one a while back, answering questions from different comments, but now I'm stealing my fellow Texan's idea. and this is where y'all come in:

tell us about what it was like growing up black/white...was it a non-issue? did the other kids give you isses? do you feel like you are more of a white person or black person?
I ask cause I see people like Halle Barry who is the same as you..(beautiful woman)..and she grew up kinda "white" and had issues w/ the lack of "blackness" and now as an adult relates more with being black. (I read that in an article)
I remember when I was a teenager we were discouraged from dating black boys because we would have children that would be "molatto's"..and they would have a hard time. (I kid you not)
