whatahuh?

so, i was on my way home this morning tonight from a last minute date and when i got off the freeway, i could see the obvious lights of a copper ahead of me. as i got closer, i could see there were multiple sets of copper lights. as i kept heading towards the light, this is what i saw:

ok, well, that's not exactly what i saw. i promise, i have not had any alcohol tonight and my vision is just fine (aside from the fact that i'm legally blind). my phone, however, apparently had too much to drink tonight. anyway, the above picture was an atempt at getting a shot of the parking lot at the Whataburger about 3 blocks from my house. i counted nine cop cars as i drove by. umm..crazy? me thinks so. and the weirdest part? people were still pulling into the drive thru and ordering food like no big deal! i'm sorry but if there's nine cop cars with lights on and cops swarming a place, i don't think i'm gonna pull up and order a taquito and fries...no matter HOW good they are this late at night!

you know, come to think of it, i also saw 2 cop cars without lights (are they still called "undercover" even though everyone knows a white crown vic with state exempt plates is a cop?) and i'm hearing more sirens headed that way right now. i wanna know what the fuck is going on! maybe i should go order a taquito & fries just so i can ask them what's going on...hmmm
