The Bitch Is Back...

Hey Kids...yes, i'm back. for now. I took a break from blogging, thinking I needed to be alone, secluded, focus on not going bat crap crazy, instead of being here in the blogosphere. At the time, it seemed like a good idea. I got a lot done. ok, i didn't get a lot done, but I got some stuff done. My Reader is empty, I re-made the world's longest valance (because hi! it wasn't long enough), I made Jake one of these (in camo and red canvas) for his 2 week early birthday party (that, oh yeah, they forgot to invite me to until the last minute), i've washed my car twice, and (brace yourselves), my kitchen is clean and my living room is SPOTLESS. i'll give you a minute to catch your breath.

yes, my living room is officially spotless. well, just don't look at the ceiling fan. after i sweep & mop, the kitchen will also be spotless. and the real kicker? they've been that way for a couple of days now. gasp! Bossy would be so proud.

i've applied for some jobs, haven't heard a word. I'm still waiting on a decision to be made on my temporary disability. *sigh* i just love waiting... I'm subbing some, not much. it's freaking GREAT on my bank balance...pshaw!

so anyway, the bitch is back. of course, my computer has contracted a fucking awesome virus that has taken over my anti-virus. awesome! my computer runs super slow, i get pornographic pop ups galore, basically every internet ad has been taken over by fake viagra ads, and really, i don't EVEN want to know what else it is doing. i've tried to do a system restore, but guess what? it's disabled that as well. i can't update my piece of shit norton, and when i run a scan, it does nothing. fuck.

so, while i'm back for now, there's no telling how much longer my poor laptop can handle the black plague virus. can i just tell you how sick i am of going to pioneer woman's site and seeing crap like this:
and of course, it shows up right above the Compassion ad...nice
and then i read a post and i'm all "awww pretty pictures of cows!" and then i'm all "aaackgoddamnitt!"
if i still had my job, i would imagine one of the techs would fix it for me. but since i no longer work there and oh yeah, i'm apparently totally not worth talking to (yeah i'm still bitter about that), i don't have that option.

damnitt...

so, i'm back. i realized that you guys are some of the best friends a girl could ever ask for. the support i get from y'all is amazing. who better to nurse me through this rough patch?
